Gluten Free Teff Brownies!

Brownies are now a thing of the present for those of you who have never been able to enjoy the goodness that is a brownie!


So the ingredients you'll need for this delicious include:

*1 cup of TastyTeff flour

*3/4 cup of cocoa powder

*1/4 tsp of salt

*200g unsalted butter OR coconut oil

*300g sugar

*1 tbsp vanilla extract

*3 large eggs

*3/4 cup chocolate or chocolate chips


How to make the magic:

1 - Preheat oven to 180°C and line a 20cmx20cm pan with parchment paper


2 - Stir the FLOUR, COCOA POWDER & SALT in a medium bowl


3 - Stir melted BUTTER, SUGAR & VANILLA ESSENCE in a large mixing bowl. Once combined, add the EGGS one at a time until just combined.


4 - Add dry mixture to wet mixture and stir until you have no flour streaks remaining. Then fold in CHOCOLATE (either melted or as chips)


5 - Pour batter into prepared pan


6 - Bake for 10-15 minutes or until a thin crust has formed and appears set in the middle.


7 - Let cool completely and refrigerate for a fudgier brownie


8 - Don't eat them all at once
